Q) After paying the deposit when do I need to settle the final payment and is the deposit refundable
A) final payment is due approx 8 weeks before the sailing date.
Deposit is non-refundable, as once the Ferry and Accommodation are booked, they are not refundable to me.
Q) What do we do for breakfast?
A) Most of the Hotels are inclusive of breakfast, except the Salamanca hotel.
Q) Do we meet up before the Ferry crossing ?
A) For the Plymouth Brittany sailing, we meet at the Exeter M5 Service station, or you can simply meet up at the ferry port. You will be unable board until you have met up with me, as I have the booking reference details.
You will be sent all the details in the post and via a email
Q) What items do we need to take for the overseas trip?
A) Must Bring:
Passport, V5 log book for bike, UK bike Insurance doc (green card not needed), NHS card or medical insurance (I use Cover for U), Driving Licence; Euros in cash and credit card.
You may wish to have recovery insurance (it’s not a legal requirement) but please make sure bike has NEW (-ish) tyres and is fully serviced.
